Richard Baltas has five horses entered on Thursday’s card, a one-day record for the trainer, who is enjoying a strong Spring Meet with seven wins from 21 starters, a robust 33 percent winning average. “That’s the most I’ve ever entered in one day,” Baltas said. “My stable’s growing and if I find spots to run my horses, I put them in.”
