travel_vic · this guy got ALL the good mounts at Mountaineer (although that is a strict oxymoron as there are No good mounts there but it is a relative compariosn I guess). Wait until he is low man on the totem pole at a recognized middle or big time track. Then you will get a great lesson that it is the HORSE and not the rider that wins races. · 3261 days ago

I have been a DeShawn fan for quite a few years. "Discovered" him by watching night time races on TVG. If he's aboard, the odds go down. Just a great workng jockey who rides under radar and gets way less attention than he deserves.

likin sparks · TV, correct and that "brand X running back" may either chose never to go pro or simply just suck and not be able to contend with the elite. Would like to see Parker go ride for the big boys though. Buck, you would think but for the smaller tracks like Mountaineer and Charles Town... I could see the jocks there jumping at the first opportunity they get for the big races. · 3838 days ago

I would like to know more about Parker as a man, I know or kind of know somewhat of his skills, though only been watching him for a little over one year! How would i ever know that Parker would see this though? Of course there are other riders I do enjoy watching, but I know others that watch him like a hawk when he rides! I had asked a long timer, why he does not get called to bigger races? Is it because he is Black? They said it is due to lack of long time experience!!! Regardless, I still love watching him in action, and truly I would like to know more about him! I am a believer in Jesus Christ, and I met Jesus personally. though I am not here to share my testimony, I must share I hope that others find Jesus as their Lord and Savor as well!
