No, he officially turned 3 on Jan. 1st with every other colt and filly born in 2013
I find it funny that before or after every race Verrazano has you mention Bannon's report... He doesn't fire yesterday, and you claim him to be a prophet. How about you do everyone here a favor and forget your login info.
I would say the filly brought $1.2 million more for the reason of her being by Dynaformer and it being his last crop.
There has been some discussion on this topic of breeding Rachel to a smaller sized stud... Mares have the unique ability to only allow the fetus to grow to a safe size... Years ago some research was done on this topic by breeding 10 shetland pony mares to a Shire stallion, none of the mares had complications and the foals grew to a medium sized horse.
Not sure where your math is coming from, but 4'11" is 14.3 hands tall.

How do you figure he outclasses Barbaro... The horse that finished the 2006 Derby with the fastest quarter mile since Secretariat.
Saw a comment on the DRF about this incident... That if this engine spooked Orb, imagine what 160,000 people will do to him.
Any reports on how J. Velazquez is recovering... I know he was planning on being back in time, but has anyone seen him get a leg up and work a horse... We are only a couple of days from the Oaks.
Yeah... Because playing a couple of years of high school ball and carrying boxes for the 49ers makes you the resident expert. I played college football at the highest level and had coaches who are currently coaching in the NFL... I have a good idea what I'm talking about with regards to practice. Every coach would love to watch the opposing teams practices... Its where things that show up in the game are worked on. You can put as much or as little emphasis on workouts for horses and how they will show in the races... But one thing is for certain, rarely does someone (horses included) who has a bad stretch of practices (workouts) suddenly show up on gameday (race day) and win.
