Buckpasser · I agree they are, but because on track wagering has not kept up with racing needs, there needed to be a new revenue stream and sadly this was it. Cuomo did break agreements with the Indian tribes which is the background of the push for expanded gaming. Most of the Indian casinos are the ones in any state with live card games. With expanded gaming this will not be the exclusivity of the Indian casinos. As an aside the Indian casinos are the strongest opponents of standalone casinos and Internet gaming · 3956 days ago
