Sky Lantern better enjoy her uncontested win streak, because when Certify gets out of her imposed exile (Al Zarooni mess), I predict Sky Lantern's star will lose some of its lustre!
  • ILuvTurfRacing · @annmatt, I'd say Sky Lantern's current G1 win streak is very much in question right here in the G1 Falmouth Stakes on Friday. Giofra & Elusive Kate are both 2 very high class older fillies of the highest order and both are certainly capable of beating Sky Lantern, IMO. Giofra & Elusive Kate are 2 class older fillies of the highest order. Giofra won last year's Falmouth Stakes and Elusive Kate ran 2nd against a very deep field that included the likes of Siyouma, Irish History, Maybe, Barefoot Lady, Alanza, Lay Time, Golden Lilac, & Joviality. A much deeper field than just taking on Sky Lantern. · 2229 days ago
  • On The Gallop's · Not sure about that Annmatt. Sky Lantern is for real, and is developing into a very fine racer. It is going to take Certify quite a while to get back to her previous levels. · 2229 days ago
