One of the worst names ever but a very good horse
Bolt's mama should pay a visit to candy ride or ap!
BREAKING: Madefromlucky, a multiple graded stakes winner and earner of $1,351,500, has been retired to Northview Stallion Station in Chesapeake City, Md., for the 2018 season. Northview is syndicating the stallion, with details to be announced at a later date.
He ran some fast splits - although he was outrun in the stretch, there is a ton of upside as Casse has to be careful with a horse this price -
BUT he is one of a dozen Baffert nominees to the Dec 9 Cash Call - We will see who Baffert runs there. He usually runs his best 2 year old to date in it as he has a winning streak in that race to protect-
Is he still on the sick list? What is the doubt that he will race anytime soon? He is one of a dozen Baffert entries in the Dec 9 Cash Call Futurity, so he would have to break his Maiden - BUT WHEN
Anyone know if this horse is in training - He is one of a dozen that Baffert nominated to the Dec. 9 Cash Call Futurity
2 consecutive bullets for Dabster @ Santa Anita.
Which filly is better, Clemmie or Happily? Which one can travel longer distances?
Just read Gunnevera is going to the Classic. Admittedly, I've never been a true fan of this horse, but if this pace melts, he could be closing late. Still, he's at a huge disadvantage because of his opponents' class and the fact that speed reigns supreme in SoCal.
My top pick probably long odds, Avenge. Top form, lost this race last year in last 50 yards but this year is 1/16 m shorter and her last out was a 1 1/4 win. Also look at her last two years seem to always be conditioned to the BC.
Lady Eli obvious top choice. Beware. She lost by a nose and won by a nose several times. Never crushes the field or dominates. Comes late in a stretch run. Del Mar has a short stretch run. In this field I would rate her a 6:1. So many choices in a wide open race.
If you are a pick 6 player this is a money race. This and the Filly and Mare Turf. Load you p6 tickets on these two races. Just look what happened last weekend at Woodbine.
Her bloodlines show one blue hen after another from Pure Profit, Clear Ceiling and the great foundation mare for the Phipps family, Grey Flight. Her sire Private Account had one of Buckpasser’s best stakes winning daughters who was also a top Broodmare, Numbered Account.
There is the outside chance that this track could be open again soon. http://www.theracingbiz.com/2017/10/11/sources-deal-bring-colonial-downs-back-life/
