Undefeated Awesome Feather Wins Juvenile Fillies

05 November 2010: Awesome Feather and Jeffrey Sanchez win the Grey Goose Breeders' Cup Juvenille Fillies at Churchill Downs, Louisville, KY.
The 2010 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies had contenders from the powerful barns of Bob Baffert, Rick Dutrow, and Todd Pletcher, but they all took a back seat to undefeated Calder shipper Awesome Feather.

The Florida-bred daughter of Awesome Of Course wore down Pletcher's pacesetter R Heat Lightning to run her record to a perfect 6-for-6. She was ridden to victory by regular pilot Jeffrey Sanchez and paid $10.40 to win. Stanley Gold was the winning trainer.

Delightful Mary checked in 3rd and Believe In A.P. completed the superfecta.
