Classic Causeway worked five furlongs on Saratoga's turf training track Monday ahead of a Saturday start in the Grade 1 Belmont Derby – his first start on the grass.

In his last start, he finished third in the Ohio Derby (G3) behind Tawny Port and White Abarrio.

Here are details of Monday works by the Kenny McPeek trainee and nine other graded-stakes winners.

Classic Causeway (Giant's Causeway) a Grade 2 winner (2022 Tampa Bay Derby), worked 5 furlongs in 1:03.5 on turf at Saratoga on Tuesday morning. It was the only work at the distance. This is his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed third in the Ohio Derby (G3) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Thistledown on June 25 for trainer Kenny McPeek.

Fearless (Ghostzapper) a two-time Grade 2 winner (2022 Brooklyn, 2021 Gulfstream Park Mile), worked 5 furlongs in 1:01.8 at Belmont Park on Tuesday morning. It was the fastest of two works at the distance. His previous work was 11 days ago going 4 furlongs at Belmont Park. In his last start he won the Brooklyn (G2) going 1 1/2 miles on the main track at Belmont Park on June 11 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Promise Keeper (Constitution) a Grade 3 winner (2021 Peter Pan), worked 5 furlongs in 1:01.8 at Belmont Park on Tuesday morning. It was the fastest of two works at the distance. His previous work was nine days ago going 4 furlongs at Belmont Park. In his last start he placed eighth in an allowance race going 1 1/16 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on May 13 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Secret Oath (Arrogate) a Grade 1 winner (2022 Kentucky Oaks), worked 6 furlongs in 1:12.8 at Churchill Downs on Tuesday morning. It was the only work at the distance. Her previous work was eight days ago going 5 furlongs at Churchill Downs. In her last start she placed fourth in the Preakness going 1 3/16 miles on the main track at Pimlico on May 21 for trainer D. Roadster (Quality Road) a Grade 1 winner (2019 Santa Anita Derby), worked 4 furlongs in 48.8 at Delaware Park on Tuesday morning. It was the third fastest of 13 works at the distance.
