It was nearly a year ago when Arrogate burst onto the scene with a record-breaking Grade 1 Travers Stakes win. The big gray stars Saturday in the Grade 1 Pacific Classic at Del Mar with hopes to rebound from his fourth place run in the Grade 2 San Diego Handicap. The racing world will be watching to see if he returns to his dominating form, but no matter the outcome, it’s hard to forget his historic Travers run.

Featured here are the ten fastest Travers Stakes ever run at the classic 1 ¼-mile distance, topped by Arrogate himself.
