Aloha West, winner of the 2021 Breeders' Cup Sprint, returned to the work tab Thursday morning at Churchill Downs for the first time since his fourth-place finish in the Metropolitan Handicap on June 11 at Belmont Park.

Aloha West (Hard Spun) a Grade 1 winner (2021 Breeders' Cup Sprint) worked four furlongs in 47.2 at Churchill Downs on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of 25 works at the distance. This is his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed fourth in the Metropolitan H. (G1) going 1 mile on the main track at Belmont Park on June 11 for trainer Wayne M. Catalano.

Bella Sofia (Awesome Patriot) a Grade 1 winner (2021 Test) worked four furlongs in 51.0 at Belmont Park on Thursday morning. It was the 17th-fastest of 19 works at the distance. This is her first work since her last race. In her last start she won the Bed o' Roses (G2) going seven furlongs on the main track at Belmont Park on June 10 for trainer Rudy R. Rodriguez.

New Year's Eve (Kitten's Joy) a Grade 2 winner (2022 Edgewood) worked five furlongs in 1:01.8 at Churchill Downs on Thursday morning. It was the fifth-fastest of 10 works at the distance. Her previous work was eight days ago going four furlongs at Churchill Downs. In her last start she won the Edgewood (G2) going 1 1/16 miles on the turf at Churchill Downs on May 6 for trainer Brendan Walsh.

Wow Whata Summer (Summer Front) a Grade 2 winner (2022 Penn Mile) worked six furlongs in 1:12.6 at Fair Hill on Thursday morning. It was the fastest and only work at the distance. His previous work was eight days ago going five furlongs at Fair Hill. In his last start he won the Penn Mile (G2) going  one mile on the turf at Penn National on June 3 for trainer James L. Lawrence II.

King Fury (Curlin) a Grade 3 winner (2021 Stonestreet Lexington) worked three furlongs in 35.4 at Keeneland on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of 22 works at the distance. This is his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed eighth in the Kentucky Cup Classic going 1 1/8 miles on the synthetic at Turfway Park on April 2 for trainer Kenny McPeek.

Tizamagician (Tiznow) a two-time Grade 3 winner (2021 Cougar II; 2021 Tokyo City Cup) worked seven furlongs in 1:26.2 at Santa Anita Park on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of two works at the distance. His previous work was six days ago going six furlongs at Santa Anita Park. In his last start he placed second in the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance (G2) going 1 5/8 miles on the main track at Del Mar on Nov. 6 for trainer Richard E. Mandella.

Texas Wedge (Colonel John) a Grade 2 winner (2020 Joe Hernandez) worked four furlongs in 49.2 at Santa Anita Park on Thursday morning. It was the ninth-fastest of 16 works at the distance. His previous work was seven days ago going four furlongs at Santa Anita Park. Neptune's Storm (Stormy Atlantic) a Grade 2 winner (2019 Hill Prince) worked five furlongs in 1:02.4 at San Luis Rey Training Center on Thursday morning.
