The 5th Race at Aqueduct on Saturday, a six-furlong dirt sprint for New York-bred allowance runners, was selected as this week's top Super Screener race due to the fact that it is loaded with cheap speed and projects to be subject to a ton of pace pressure.

The pace only projects to be around par but for this weaker field, but that is pushing it for many of these runners especially considering the pressure will be quite considerable. Look for a horse that comes from off the pace and preferably on the inside to take the top prize in this heated affair.

If The Great Dansky is right, this race couldn’t set up any better for him. Put a line through those last two races as mud and turf were not this horse’s game. Note that he has been claimed on four different occasions over just seven starts. Anything close to his debut — that race three back at Saratoga — just destroys this field. Faced much tougher at Saratoga and Churchill. Sits the perfect ground-saving trip three lengths back off the heat and then comes on with a rush late. He is a prime play at 12-1.

A win bet on The Great Dansky is not the only profitable bet in here as there could also be tremendous value underneath.

Nearly all of Coach Villa's success has come on this surface. Like The Great Dansky, you can and should put a line through this gelding’s last two races. He broke tardily in his last race on a sloppy surface as one of the favorites last out and lost all chance. He had no shot in that prior race run on the turf. That third race back at Saratoga was quite solid against a much, much stronger field. Note that this closer has not benefited from a fast pace in his last 10 starts. That all changes here. Jump on him now as the price will be quite generous at 20-1 morning line.

Money Ride looks to be a solid horse to include in the exotics as well. There is no mystery behind this colt as he is in top form right now and has not missed the Superfecta in his last 10 starts. He loves this surface (has not missed the Superfecta in 5 starts) and the distance. He should secure a great trip stalking the speed and then pounce in the final furlong. He actually faces easier here. A clear top board hitter pick and one to use with dependability.
