Sunday Silence upsets Easy Goer in Kentucky Derby

5/7/1989 by Steven Crist Special to the New York Times LEAD: Sunday Silence scored a two-and-a-half-length upset victory over Easy Goer in the 115th Kentucky Derby today at Churchill Downs, but the only thing that seemed right about the race was that the two best colts beat the others.
