And now they won't be able to say a Bold Ruler can't go a distance because Secretariat won the American Triple Crown of racing yesterday with a fabulous record-busting mile and one-half performance that sent him under the wire a 31-length winner in the 105th Belmont Stakes as 69,138 witnesses roared approval.
