Jet Blue Girl, ridden by  Rafael Bejarano, rallied powerfully from last place to win the featured $79,400 Cystic Fibrosis Purse going away over her stablemate, She’s Cheeky, Thursday at Del Mar.

The Peter Eurton-trained entry of the winner and the runner-up, both owned by Alesia, Bran Jam Stable and Ciaglia Stable, dominated the seven-furlong sprint, with Jet Blue Girl winning by 1 3/4 lengths in 1:23.12 for the distance. Logical Single was third, a half-length behind She’s Cheeky.

The entry paid $4.20, $4 and $.2.40 across the board, while Logical Single returned $4.40 to show.

Jet Girl Blue, a daughter of Gimmeawink bred in Florida, was scoring her fourth win in 14 lifetime starts and first money of $45,000 increased her earnings to $172,475.
