Pre-entered fields for the 2019 Breeders’ Cup will be announced live on TVG along with BreedersCup.com, the championships' mobile app and social media pages beginning at 11:30 a.m. ET Wednesday.

The 36th Breeders’ Cup, consisting of 14 races with purses and awards totaling more than $30 million, will be held for a record 10th time at Santa Anita Park on Friday, Nov. 1, and Saturday, Nov. 2.

The live stream will be hosted by Breeders’ Cup Players’ Show talent Gabby Gaudet and Mike Joyce.

Breeders’ Cup Pre-Entry is the first stage of a two-stage entry payment process for all owners intending to start a horse. The first payment was due last Monday. The second payment is due next Monday, Oct. 28, when entries are taken and post positions are drawn.

If Breeders' Cup races are over-subscribed, a points system and committee will help determine which horses are in the main body of the field, plus which contenders have preference to make it in should there be defections.

Connections could cross-enter into two fields at the pre-entry deadline, with Mitole (Sprint and Dirt Mile) and Bricks and Mortar (Turf and Mile) among the biggest names whose connections have a race decision to finalize before the post position draw.

The Breeders' Cup will run its five juvenile events on "Future Stars Friday" before the other nine championship races, all for 3-year-olds and up and culminating with the Classic, go on Saturday.

Over the past week, Horse Racing Nation has published a preview of each Breeders’ Cup race with prospective fields and odds. Find each of them below:
