Bob Baffert's workers Maximum Security and Authentic highlighted dozens of graded stakes winners that worked across the country Saturday morning. Working at Del Mar, Maximum Security prepped for the July 18 San Diego Handicap at that track, while Authentic got ready for the Haskell at Monmouth Park, also on July 18.

Maximum Security (New Year's Day), a three time Grade 1 winner (2019 Cigar Mile, 2019 Haskell Invitational, 2019 Florida Derby), worked five furlongs in 59.6 at Del Mar on Saturday morning for new trainer Bob Baffert. It was the second fastest of 32 works at the distance. His previous work was seven days ago, going seven furlongs at Santa Anita Park. In his last start, he placed first in the Saudi Cup at King Abdulaziz Racecourse on Feb. 29 for trainer Jason Servis, who was training at the time.  He is scheduled to make his next start in the Grade 2 San Diego Handicap on July 18 at Del Mar.

Authentic (Into Mischief), a winner of a Grade 2 (2020 San Felipe) worked five furlongs in 59.8 at Del Mar on Saturday morning. It was the fourth fastest of 86 works at the distance. His previous work was seven days ago, going one mile at Santa Anita Park. In his last start, he placed second in the G1 Santa Anita Derby, going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Santa Anita Park on June 6 for trainer Bob Baffert. Authentic leads a list of probables for the July 18, Grade 1 Haskell at Monmouth Park.

Tom's d'Etat (Smart Strike), a Grade 1 winner (2019 Clark Stakes), worked four furlongs in 51.4 at Churchill Downs on Saturday morning. It was the 84th fastest of 93 works at the distance. This is his first work since his last race, when he placed first in the G2 Stephen Foster Stakes, going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on June 27 for trainer Albert Stall, Jr. Tom's d'Etat is possible for the Grade 1 Whitney at Saratoga on Aug. 1.

By My Standards (Goldencents), a three time Grade 2 winner (2020 Oaklawn Handicap, 2020 New Orleans Classic, Louisiana Derby), worked four furlongs in 50.4 at Churchill Downs on Saturday morning. It was the 67th fastest of 93 works at the distance. This is his first work since his last race. In his last start, he placed second in the G2 Stephen Foster Stakes, going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on June 27 for trainer Bret Calhoun.     

Owendale (Into Mischief), a three-time Grade 3 winner (2019 Oklahoma Derby, 2019 Ohio Derby, 2019 Lexington) worked four furlongs in 48.8 at Churchill Downs on Saturday morning. It was the 23rd fastest of 93 works at the distance. This is his first work since his last race. In his last start, he placed fifth in the G2 Stephen Foster, going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Churchill Downs on June 27 for trainer Brad Cox.    

Global Campaign (Curlin), a winner of a Grade 3 (2019 Peter Pan Stakes), worked five furlongs in 1:02.2 at Churchill Downs on Saturday morning. It was the 17th fastest of 26 works at the distance. His previous work was seven days ago, going five furlongs at Churchill Downs. In his last start, he placed sixth in the Blame Stakes, going one mile on the main track at Churchill Downs on May 23 for trainer Stanley Hough.     

Collusion Illusion (Twirling Candy), a Grade 2 winner (2019 Best Pal Stakes), worked four furlongs in 49.4 at Del Mar on Saturday morning. It was the 37th fastest of 56 works at the distance.
