ZATT's Star of the Week, is ... Cracksman!
Really like his filly Artistic Diva winning a stakes race at Santa Anita. Trained by John Sadler she has a nice future. Maybe fill Stellar Winds shoes when she's sold this fall
big favorite in the 2nd 10 22 17 is 2. Let's see if that one could beat: 4 Silvanus 5 Misdeed 2 Scrap Iron 6 Leavinglosangeles
Does anyone know what Solomini is doing? Haven't seen training videos on him....is he going to BC Juvenile?? he'ls my pick to win....Bolt of course is a Beast and I love him too...but when you're talking Curlin baby, well, can't help it ...they come first....
neat Visiting race callers today (Sunday 10 22 17) at the Toronto oval
This one is sitting on a huge race.
Just read that ALL of Baffert's horses will have final workouts at Santa Anita ahead of Breeder's Cup.
non poll question time yaaawwwwn cant you find your very own poll question page ??? of course not oh and arrogate will demolish the bc field stick that in your poll and set light to it lol

  • Byrnzzz · That was Concur, lost by a nose, big future as he goes longer. · 4 hours ago
  • Goblin · Yes, I touched on that below. Did you see Concur? As a Curlin/Dynaformer cross he surprisingly showed turn of foot from the gate to finish in a photo first time out. · 4 hours ago
I'm confused is she with Baffert now it says Constellation worked 6 furlongs in 1:14:40 for trainer Bob Baffert in preparation for the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint.
John Gosden has trained some great horses, many great horses, including "Golden Horn" and the mighty "Enable". But I have to say, "Raven's Pass" was my favourite of his, he was such a cool horse and he had immense talent, his races and rivalry with "Henrythenavigator" were legendary. He ended his career by going to the States and winning the BC Classic in impressive fashion, and lowering the colours of "Curlin" in the process. Very impressive stuff. :-)
Not winning the Kentucky Derby
This is a link to a very nice recent clip of California Chrome in his paddock at Haras Sumaya Stud. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WC5JxJ7C6w.
pavel had 2 races in his career and was facing older colts for the first time and still ran neck and neck with keen ice....nuff said about that bum keen ice
and im sorry but you people talking about keen ice are clueless to horse racing.i think he has 2 wins in 22 races? his butt wont even get top 5 in here and he wouldnt even get top 5 in the distaff either....keen ice, smh, gtfoh
  • Byrnzzz · Hey bum, why are you talking about Keen Ice on Gun Runner's page? Keen Ice has his own page, so why don't you do us all a favor, and you gtfoh. · 8 hours ago
  • Mark Kennedy via Disqus · Actually it's you that doesn't know horses. If you did, then you would understand wining over 2 million dollars is pretty dam good. If you also watched every race he ran in you would also know in his three yr old preps he got some unlucky breaks but was always hitting the board or making money. If you also knew anything about horses you would understand that wining every race doesn't determine whether you a valuable asset . For three yrs this colt has been competitive enough to pull off upsets. You don't do that unless there's some talent. Also if you knew anything about horses you would know sometimes it's not about the colt. Sometimes it's about the rider or barn. Since he's been with Pletcher the colt has thrived. There is no shame in being second or third here or there in a grade 1. If you knew anything about horses you would also know that every other entry knows not to write off a hard trying colt because if the race sets up right he can win. Obviously your a super fan that thinks they know it all. At the end of the day I'll take a colt that brings me a check almost every times he runs, for three straight yrs. learn the business before you run your mouth. You don't know jack · 4 hours ago
just remember 4 of past 5 classics were won in gate to wire fashion....that tells me gun runner or collected will win and i will go with collected and pavel....i dont bet horses unless there 5/1 or better....i think gun runner prob win tho...i wont touch arrogate or west coast(there great but no money to make with the odds)
A big thank you to Haras Sumaya for tweeting these pictures of Chrome! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DMJAJWhWAAIXoO0.jpg:large https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DLNvv7qX0AE4U7i.jpg:large And thank you to Martin Racing for posting this short video of our boy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WC5JxJ7C6w
A couple more pictures of our beautiful Chrome thanks to Juliana Colombo's twitter! He's still looking great and I can't wait to see little Chromes running around this coming spring. I know the odds aren't in his favor of being a successful stallion, but I also know I'm not the only one rooting for him. Scroll down to October 16 for the photos and enjoy: https://twitter.com/julianacolomboo
