Essential Quality makes his first start in the Jim Dandy after winning the Belmont Stakes (G1) as he prepares from the Travers (G1) on August 28.
The male sprinters are featured on both coasts with C Z Rocket as the morning line favorite in the Bing Crosby at Del Mar as is Mischevious Alex in the Vanderbilt at Saratoga.
