This week on HorseCenter, your co-hosts Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman look back at the best of Belmont Stakes day featuring the special victories by Mo Donegal and Flightline. The guys also offer analysis for the return of Hot Rod Charlie this Saturday at Monmouth Park.

For the first time, Monmouth Park is offering a Haskell day preview card with several stakes designed as prep races for the Jersey Shore track’s biggest day of racing on July 23. Hot Rod Charlie will make his U.S. return in the Salvator Mile, where he will face the millionaire Mind Control. Matt and Brian also preview the Pegasus Stakes, which is for 3-year-olds and features a few horses with familiar names from the Kentucky Derby trail.
