#1 MAGIC SPELL (5-2) is back in a sprint for profitable layoff trainer Kay Cooper. She romped under this rider in a local maiden sprint last summer.

#4 Suddenly Awesome (4-1) is also conditioned by Kay Cooper, and she should be battling on the pace at a speed friendly distance. She ran well in her first start after a long layoff April 2019.

#3 Lady Campbell (9-2) finished in the top three in seven of eight sprints. She added blinkers and dusted Magic Spell in a local maiden sprint last year, and that one cruised in her next start vs. maiden claimers. She should be forwardly placed and her trainer has decent stats with layoff runners. She is winless in five starts at this distance, and she hit the board in all of those races.

#6 Windy Point (3-1) fired in all four local sprints last year. She should be forwardly placed but this trainer does not have great stats with lengthy layoff runners.
