#1 BUY LAND AND SEE (8-1) is interesting from the hedge. He is 3-for-4 with a rallying 3rd on turf, and Jose Ortiz was aboard for his romping maiden win at Parx last year. He easily disposed of PA-bred entry level foes in his July 28 return, and he is right with these on speed figures. The question is distance. This abbreviated trip might be a tad sharp, but the pace should be honest and he is worth a play at a hint of a price.

#2 Flap Jack (12-1) is worth considering at a price. He stalked from 4th, worked his way up to 2nd, and ended up 4th in the common Quick Call Stajes (G3). He added blinkers that day, and he should be in for another inside stalking trip.

#10 Turned Aside (2-1) has fine tactical speed and that leads to many good trips. He exits a sharp local turf victory at this distance in the Quick Call, and he is a solid outside stalking threat again.

#9 Jack and Noah (4-1) can be dangerous on the front end. Sometimes he keeps on going and sometimes he fades in the lane. #8 Maven (5-2) is fast early as well, and they might both be in trouble if they hook up early. One could shake loose early as well.
