Wednesday’s 10th race from Parx Racing is an optional claiming event for three-year-olds and up traveling a mile and seventy yards on the main track (Post Time 4:58 p.m. EDT).

No. 1 FLAT OUT FLYING (3-1) got back on the beam April 11 and he usually stays sharp for a few races when he gets good. His last effort at this course and distance was solid. He stayed within hailing distance from the inside post and ran past the two early runners controlling the tempo. He will probably duplicate his last journey from the same post.
No. 9 Derby House (7-2) might end up the betting favorite after three straight wins including a romp in the slop April 6. I still want to see what he can do on a fast track.
No. 4 Ruffy (5-1) is 1-for-13 with eight minor awards. The sprinter tries to stretch his speed around two turns and might get brave if they hand him an easy lead.
No. 5 Brett’s World (8-1) is back in a route and should make his presence felt throughout. He might press Ruffy and try to make the first run.
No. 3 Fast Bob (9-2) is a closer with decent form since Michael Moore claimed him March 8. He can rally for a share.
No. 2 Commissioner G (4-1) fired in his last two local sprints and handles two turns. He can compete with these on his best day.
