#3 DAY THE MUSIC DIED (6-1) stalked, pounced, and graduated from an outer post in a $40k maiden claimer as the favorite at Laurel second time out, and the runner-up was a next-out winner. He projects an inner tactical trip today and can compete here with a small forward move.

#1 Torch of Truth (2-1) broke from the rail in his last three starts (all runner-up finishes), and he should save ground stalking the pace.

#7 Great Herman (6-1) has a shot to win this if he is able to shake loose early. He captured his lone start at this distance in front running fashion.
