Saturday's Best Bet: A Little Bit Me offers value in Giant's Causeway

April 12, 2019 10:57pm

Saturday's eighth race from Keeneland is the $100,000 Giant's Causeway Stakes for fillies and mares dashing five and one-half furlongs on the turf course (Post Time - 4:57 p.m. ET).

#1 A LITTLE BIT ME (6-1) should offer value for quality California trainer Richard Baltas. She should save ground behind the speed and was only out of the trifecta once in her last ten starts.

#4 Surrender Now (7-2) makes her first start since last summer for sharp turf sprint trainer Peter Miller. She won both of her five furlong turf sprints at Del Mar last year and will probably stalk the pace under John Velazquez.

#8 Morticia (3-1) finished in the top three in all four local starts and was 3rd in this event last year. She should be forwardly placed under Irad Ortiz Jr.

#3 Mrs. Ramona G. (3-1) turns back in distance and she is 3-for-4 sprinting on turf.

#7 Factorofwon (7-2) should sit a decent stalking trip under Javier Castellano. She ran well in her last three turf sprints at Gulfstream.
