Monday’s 10th race from Turf Paradise is a starter allowance event for fillies and mares traveling seven and one-half furlongs on the turf course (Post Time 7:06 p.m. ET).
#4 NORWEGIAN (3-1) hit the board in her last two dirt sprints at four and one-half furlongs. She tries turf and a longer distance in her third start after a layoff for a recently hot jockey-trainer team. She is probably the one to catch.
#5 Delightful Hips (9-2) ran well in her last three dirt sprints and she switches to turf in her first start after the claim. The sharp, versatile filly should be forwardly placed if she handles the footing.
#1 Dansemetothendoflov (4-1) turned back and rallied for the win in a local claiming dirt sprint Feb. 12, and that was her first start after the claim. She split a 10-horse field in her lone turf attempt and should save ground behind the speed.
#3 Florista (7-2) might move forward for a sharp barn in her third start after a layoff. The late runner needs pace help.
