#5 Kittyhawk Lass (7-2) cuts back a furlong and that might be the key to this race. Her last two flat mile turf starts resulted in a win and a runner-up finish in the starter allowance ranks.
#1 Tig Tog (5-2) tries to bounce back after a flat 4th vs. local $32k foes at a mile and an eighth. Vladimir Cerin has good stats first after the claim and she fits with these.
#7 Point Hope (4-1) has been popular at the claim box recently (Blaine Wright has her now), and she continues to run well. She stretches back out, and ran 1-2 in her last two starts at one mile on turf. She reconnects with her winning rider Drayden Van Dyke.
#3 Untouched Elegance (6-1) stretches back out and Flavien Prat hops aboard for Richard Baltas. She should be forwardly placed.
#5 to win
