#6 K P All Systems Go (6-1) added blinkers and ran well in his last three starts. Abel Cedillo sticks with the solid late threat. He got a great setup in his Jan. 25 maiden win, and closed into tepid fractions in his last pair. This race should set up nicely for the patient runner.
#7 Hit the Road (7-2) returned with a solid optional claiming victory vs. older foes at this distance May 22. He won the Zuma Beach Stakes last year and graduated at this course and distance.
#2 El Tigre Terrible (4-1) won three of his last five sprint starts, and I like his versatility. He did not have the best trip in a rallying runner-up finish in the Desert Code return June 6. Flavien Prat takes the call and he might be this good.
#5 Kanderel (12-1) and #9 Ajourneytofreedom (15-1) were separated by a head in a $75,000 stakes at this distance at Golden Gate June 13.
