Friday's Best Bet: Buy Land and See makes headway in With Anticipation

Friday’s 4th race from Penn National is the $100,000 With Anticipation Stakes for Pennsylvania-bred three-year-olds and up traveling a mile and a sixteenth on the turf course (Post Time 6:35 p.m. EDT).

No. 5 BUY LAND AND SEE (9-5) is a New York shipper with four straight trifecta finishes. He has not won since 2020 and that was his last PA-bred start. This is a very good spot for the five-year-old horse and Flavien Prat ends up here.

No. 1 You Must Chill (2-1) captured four of his last five starts on dirt. He is a three-time turf winner including a course/distance score last summer.

No. 4 Wait for It (5-1) stretches out and returns to turf in his second start of the year. He hit the board in both turf tries and projects a stalking trip.

No. 6 Missin the Big Dog (8-1) is a three-time turf winner making his first start in more than six months for a sharp layoff outfit. He fits with these on his best day and might spice up the exotics.
