When was the last time a Kentucky Derby winner did not win a major prep? I believe it will happen this year with Mor Spirit. Besides Nyquist, he finished not worse than 2nd on all of his races & he had already run in Churchill Downs. My top 2 horses for this year's derby are Nyquist & Mor Spirit Good luck to all.
IMO, there is no human being capable of putting a TOP 25 lists of all-time great horses without any arguments or debate. Even the GOAT in basketball can't be determined only because they were not able to compete with each other.
All these horses are great in their time and no one is above & greater with each other. Even an undefeated horse can't be named the no. 1 horse of all time.
After seeing what American Pharaoh had done in the past year, dominating all his competitions, what other performances or dominance would you like to see in a horse before you decide he is the greatest of all time. NOTHING... every horse performance is different & the era that they raced. You can't compared different performances & dominance. good day to all.
I agree, she's a witch. haha
NON-BREAKING NEWS: It was confirmed that American Pharoah & Victor Espinoza will be back next year (2016) together at the "Dancing with the Stars". LOL
Beholder is now #1 on the top ranking for active horses. She will stay in #1 until she retires. woohoo
Ashley Tamulonis & Eric Roland have both 5 winners in the 2015 BC races. All of Eric's winners came from BC Saturday. Congratulations.
Just looked at the winners of the TC races & BC Classic for the last 3 years, it's all west coast horses. In 2016, wath out for Songbird & Nyquist to dominate the east coast horses. hahaha.
Golden Horn failed to break the jinx of winning the Arc & BC Turf. It is now 8 horses that failed to do it. What if AP run in the Arc & won, it will the greatest accomplishment of all time. peace
My post says, Kentucky Derby winner only & not the all 3 TC races.
It really shows that west coast horses are more superior than east coast horses for the past 3-4 years. I was hoping that Swipe wins the Juvenile & generate bigger payouts on the Pick 4. Nyquist had beaten Swipe 3 straight now. What a race!!
