Am I the only 1 fed up with the BSF's. They expalin them as 120's as the top stakes horses. Yet I'll Have Another runs almost as fast as Big Brown and gets scored 8 points lower. I'm tossing the BSF on that race and say that the top 4 horses in the Derby are all monsters and if you see one of the top 10 in a lower stake you should bury them because their speed figure is off by 6-8 pts from where it should be. The betting public will let a monster go off at 3-1 or better going by the BSF later this year.
And the Blue Grass was run a second faster than the Arkansas Derby. The Beyer system is broken.

Wow. This race is going to be sick!!! Can't wait. Hansen is superstar. Prospective should be named Rocky the way he fights. Alpha could take another step forward. Gemologist beat a pretty good horse in Currency Swap and he was just getting the rust off. Our Entourage is bred to be a champion. Street Life showed crazy speed once he figured it out in the stretch on Sat. (expect a step forward). The Lumber Guy should be named The Likes To Run Really Fast Guy. I expect a four wide battle down the stretch with 2 horses closing. Love this time of year.

Of the 2 Baffert horses in the Southwest Secret Circle might be the most talent but I think Castaway may have a better chance to win the derby. Reminds me of The Factor a little bit. Might make 1 1/16 but I am going to bet thats his limit.
Smart move. Maker says he got sick after the Holy Bull and had to miss a week of training. Land in a softer spot and hope he can find some of that 2 year old spark. Also I keep hearing about Hansen tail being painted which is fun but as a gambler I think the news of the blinkers coming off on March 3 should be the bigger news.
Ran a 1 mile 70 faster than Mr Bowling today at Fairgrounds Race 7. Should score a 90 speed figure. Maybe a new contender for a triple crown race.
