Superior because you're only counting what opponents accomplished when they faced them, and completely ignoring what they went on to do this year? Dortmund, Blingo, nor Imperative won a single race this year. Hard Aces was 1-for-10 and had to be given the 1 win in a 4-horse field. Win the Space is a N2Xer that took advantage of the weak fields Chrome was running against to pick up high payday placings. Hoppertunity is the only one that can really even be argued as relevant, but his G1 wins were not against top-level horses. You probably didn't even notice that you were double and triple counting the SAME horses for your argument. That's why you don't even want to include competition in their G1s because other than Beholder, you'd be listing the same tired horses again. Don't go subjecting the stats the way you want them, and actually expect me to buy that crap. AND whoopdee freaking doo...Chrome set a track record on a track that's existed for what? 2 years? Check your facts, he did not set the stakes record. Dubai Millennium owns that. You can also take your beyer argument and do what you wish with that because beyers don't mean $#!+ As I said, ALL DAY. You don't agree, that's fine, but I'm not reading another one of your subjective stats that completely ignores clear points I've made.
So you're agreeing with me then because it's too early for speculation is exactly my point...because if you haven't comprehended anything I'm saying it's this...Arrogate running is only speculation at this point. At what point did I say it won't or can't happen? I reiterate, if the current stakeholders do not in some way give Arrogate a spot, then all the talk about him running in the Pegasus is irrelevant. To add to it, if Juddmonte does not like any offers, then Arrogate is not running here.
Empty spot? You do know that owners are able to enter an "A" and "B" entrant into the Pegasus so they still have a runner in the event their "A" horse scratches?
So you're saying there's 11 owners willing to negotiate with Juddmonte to bring Arrogate to the race even if it means losing money before the race even runs? Where are the other top horses they will be making deals for?
Who do any of the other 11 owners have? They bought spots banking on the revenue potential from other sources, not purse money. The simple point is Juddmonte does not control anything at this point like Chrome's connections do. Then if it's not worth it to Juddmonte to negotiate with these owners (they'll still want a profit on their investment), we'll see the ducking claims even though Arrogate beat Chrome on the square.
Juddmonte does not even have a spot. This is just a pipe dream until Juddmonte shows some interest (which I can't find anything saying they are).
Irrelevant if none of the current owners lease, contract, share, or sell their spot.
Photo Call and Tourist were both G1 winners before beating Tepin. So their wins over Tepin made them multiple G1 winners just like Arrogate's win over Chrome did. Arrogate hasn't raced enough to be "great." He only had 1 G1 to his name before beating Chrome. Do I think he will be great, yes.
Why you're asking for the # of G1 winners she beat in G2 races just because Dortmund won a couple of G1s when he was a baby is beyond me, but Lexie Lou was G1 placed, a G3 winner, a Queen's Plate winner, and went on to win multiple G2s this year. Photo Call, again already a G1 winner. Ball Dancing was also a G1 winner already. Rainha Da Bateria was a G3 winner but went on to become a G2 winner and G1 placed. Danza Cavallo was already G1 placed. Zipessa went on to become multiple G1 placed. But even more relevant is that she beat way more graded stakes winners and G1 placed in those G2 and G3 races than Chrome beat in his non G1s. The only graded stakes winner, period, besides Chrome in the San Diego was Dortmund. The San Pasqual was stronger than the Awesome Again using that logic because there were only 2 G1 winners in each but the San Pasqual had more graded stakes winners. Chrome was in Cali or Dubai all year.
Tepin was running races in FL, KY, GB, UK, CAN & Cali. I didn't answer your gypsy question or your weight question, and it should be obvious why. So again, as I stated, her body of work outshines Chrome's all day. I'm not even bashing Chrome or say she deserves it more. I'm simply pointing out that turf racing does not get the respect it should even when an American star takes it to the Euros in their back yard.
