Racing interest:
I love all horse racing but I really enjoy top quality turf races, something just seems right about watching horses run across lush green grass.
How did I get into racing?
I have watched the derby on and off as casual fan since I was a kid. Last year I had some time off from work in march and stumbled onto twinspires and learned of the derby qualifying series. I watched a couple youtube videos of the horses running in the fountian of youth and was totally sold that Union Rags was a beast. When it came time to bet i realized that Discreet Dancer was undefeated and if he won I would get like twice as much money, so I immediately switched my bet and put all my money on Discreet Dancer to win, and he was winning all the way to the 3/4 pole, then Union Rags pulled out and blew by him like he was standing still. I lost my money but I was hooked after watching that breathtaking move Rags made.

Favorite racing moment?
Zenyattas almost come back in the 2010 breeders cup, It was heart breakingly valiant.
