Love Sal Sinatra's first order of business on the job. Ya gotta love the Rolling Doubles & Pick-3s.Looks like it will be a very good 2015 for the MD racing circuit.
It's great to see one of HRN's own make the Big Time! Congrats Travis... don't forget us! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBAl9cchQac
What a joke! If these CA stewards worked in NY during Angel Cordero's hay day, he would have spent more days serving suspension for "race riding" than he would have riding in races.
I love the "unknown" (until now) angle. Thanks for doing the research and providing me another one (re: angle) that I should consider this and every BC Juvie race.
I agree 110% with you "Shap"! I love turf races then parlay the Juvies and the results are usually far from chalk. Looking forward to your analysis as I'll be providing analysis for the BC Juvenile Fillies Turf.
YES! Depends on where you live, but my day trips to Saratoga from Baltimore involved getting an 8am (55 minute) flight ($69-$89 each way) to Albany, then 25 minute drive to The Spa, leave after the 8th race in time to get the last flight (7:25pm) back to Baltimore. Worth evening penny!
Will enter Belmont Stakes per trainer Mike Maker
Amen DD! you must psychic! What you have stated was going to be part of another pre-Derby blog entry of mine. I'm not a HATER. I think CC IS the best 3-yo-old heading to the Derby, but I'm just sending up the yellow flags for folks to stop and think. Thanks for your comment.
No small feat to close into those pedestrian fractions. Spokesman for the ownership group when interviewed in the Winners Cricle said, "I was breathing hard than he (Kid Cruz) was when he came back."
IMHO, Midnight Hawk is a "Hanger", whenver he gets challenged in the stretch, he submits to his rival. So for his reason I'm betting against him, but he's a play in the 2nd hole of Ex's & Tri's. I give Class Leader the nod.
