Amen DD! you must psychic! What you have stated was going to be part of another pre-Derby blog entry of mine. I'm not a HATER. I think CC IS the best 3-yo-old heading to the Derby, but I'm just sending up the yellow flags for folks to stop and think. Thanks for your comment.
No small feat to close into those pedestrian fractions. Spokesman for the ownership group when interviewed in the Winners Cricle said, "I was breathing hard than he (Kid Cruz) was when he came back."
IMHO, Midnight Hawk is a "Hanger", whenver he gets challenged in the stretch, he submits to his rival. So for his reason I'm betting against him, but he's a play in the 2nd hole of Ex's & Tri's. I give Class Leader the nod.
Nice analysis gents! The way Aqu is playing today (Friday), the Wood sets up nicely for Wicked Strong. Also, like the fancy-schmancy Pick 4 play graphic. GL!
Dems fightin' words tmallios! ;)
via HRRN on Twitter... Per Wayne Catalano, Mars sustained a broken leg and had to be euthanized.
Thanks a mil for that info. I know Barry Irwin was pointing to Derby for this one since December!
According to Pletcher, both Commissioner AND Global Stirke will be entered in Sunland Park Derby (Mar. 23).
Wattani, the racehorse formerly known as The Ron Greek, still has some miles in those legs. Too bad they will never touch North American soil again.
I'm not a fan of Unbridled's Song offspring running the classic distance on the 1st Saturday of May.
