About me/racing interests:
I have been following this sport since 2003, and I think it's the greatest thing to ever be created! These animals and jocks are true athletes, and deserve top honors! I like to pride myself in my weekly blog-show, Horse Racing Preview! My biggest score-to-date was the 2009 BCC, having nailed the Super with a single $24 box, and turning it into $3,417! Come visit my weekly blog-show! Posts on Thursdays, around 8:00 PM, CST. Posted here, also at facebook.com/jayceeshorseracingpreview. THANK YOU!

How did I get into racing?
Well, my mom and her friend used to go (to Ak-Sar-Ben) when I was a kid, but not all that often. At any rate, my boyfriend used to bug me about going to Horsemen's Park, and I used to turn him down because I wanted to see a live race (only). Well, finally, in 2003, he said the magic words, "If you don't like it, we don't EVER have to come back." So, on my first try I basically broke even... still wasn't quite hooked, but after a few more tries and chances, I got more intune with what this sport is and how to bet, I became a Saturday regular at Horsemen's Park in November of that year!

Favorite racing moment?
ALL Happy Ticket's races! Especially her 2006 come back from running second to beat Ona Magool (I'm sure that's spelled wrong) at the wire to bounce back to winning form! Another great moment is actually a great call! It MUST be when Rachel Alexandra held off the field of older males in the 2009 Woodward, and the MAGICAL call of Tom Durkin! "Rachel Alexandra raises the raptors here at the Spa!" Listening to that call always brings tears to my eyes.
