In my experience with the races, horses that are great on synthetic track are rarely good on dirt. Take a look at my play of the day for the Alabama. Then look at Inglorious' placing in the race. Can't believe they let Hennessy's daughter be a synthetic-er.
I mislabeled this as race 8 :(. It was race 10.
Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, I hit the exacta :p. I bet you're kicking yourself over Pinch Pie, icy haha.
Whoa, any idea of a name yet?
@Brian - that's a handsome pick, and I'd like very much to see it happen. St. John's is an admirable and talented horse. On my side though, I find the breeding to be more on Tricky's and Delta's side (on both mom and dad's side). But hey man, if you win I think the odds will be better for you - go for it.
It's Tricky, Royal Delta, Plum Pretty. Wheel it out.
If it's muddy however... which it very well may be. Exacta box Thirsty and Brilliant Speed. The rest won't know what they're doing in mud.
Dominus looks great according to his lineage - but he'll be the favorite and I hate to play faves. My alternative? $2 tribox - Brilliant Speed, Alternation, and Stay Thirsty. Stay Thirsty looks amazing but he'll be second favorite if anyone knows what the hell they're doing. So maybe wheel it? Stay Thirsty on top on Alternation, Brilliant Speed, Dominus? Ooohhhh....
Horsey has great blood to do unimaginable things. Would be a fantasy horse if had right company in correct races.
