I love how everybody went from saying two weeks ago that this years 3yos were a bunch of slouches and then we had a shot at the triple crown with AK to now Shak is a great horse and AKs secend only means he's gonna get better. We all have the answers after the race is over.

At 3/5 and against a bunch of elephants he only needed a six month layoff to beat 'em. I had $200 to W and P on him in the derby last year..we all know what happened next. Good running today though and hopefully a start of a good year for him.

Bad luck..you took all of the chalks and derby horses.. anyone could do that and it looks like a lot of people did do that thats why it didn't pay a lot with two double didgit horses and the chalk in the top three.

Oh..I didn't know that Shakleford closed faster than Dialed In especially if it was a fast pace as I mentioned with my pick. And talk about going out on a limb, Animal Kingdom, Nehro and Shakleford; let me assume that they're gonna be three of the chalks so that $1 tri box should get you about $18 back.

I think a lot of people are looking over this guy. Don't be shocked if he puts on a clinic come Preakness day along with Nehro if he runs.

He's beem history. He was a good 2 year old and an average 3 year old. They know it and I'm sure everyone else will soon know it too. The think is that they need to make money off future baby Mos and the only way to do that is to get all to believe he was a great 2 year old and a great 3 year old. They will not be dumb enough to race him again and watch him get beat by a lesser of a horse.
