OK, lets keep this simple, horse/trainer under investigation for illegal doings regarding oxygen levels in your horsey. My thinking is that this is a LEGAL strategic move on the owners/trainers part by placing the "BREATH RIGHT" system across the horse's nasal passage .. would indeed allow the horse to have a better oxygen intake .. without the use of DRUGS! Athletes all over the world use this enhancing procedure to allow them to use their complete lung capacity in an event .. WHY NOT FOR HORSES! afterall, they are ATHLETES !!! too! Just a thought to nip all the legal procedures coming your way! Waiting with excitement and anticipation on a successful, SAFE run at the BELMONT!
