I agree jmac500. He is a very underrated colt that a lot of people are unaware of at this point of his career. I like him a bunch.
Wire to wire winner on a yielding turf course. He was game in the stretch after being challenged pretty much all the way down the stretch to win by 1 length. Bet $60.00 win cashed in for $132.00 . He was bet down to 6/5 late from 2-1 and paid $4.40 for the win.Nothing to brag about but better than tearing them up.
He is a gelding so no breeding shed for him . He loves the turf and synthetics.
I really liked this horse. I hope he heals because he has potential barring he gets over his ailment or injury.
Ithought he was ouside horses running 3rd?
Who are you leaning to for exotics and win bets Buckpasser?
Yeah you're right about the gate problems . Orb was blocked in pretty much the whole trip at Pimlico.Llooking for a better trip at Belmont.
Orb did break his maiden at 1 mile Buckpasser. The race is was referring to was Vyjacks maiden win over Orb at 6 1/2 panels.
Not that it means that much but Vyjack defeated Orb in 2012 at Aqueduct by 5 1/2 lengths in a maiden race going 6 1/2 panels. If he is totally healthy and in good shape he could make some noise in this race and the odds will be very good. He has defeated many of the horses running in this race already so he has the ability to do so. Toss the crazy trip in the Derby out the window as he came out of the 20 pp and ran wide all the way before stopping in the off track . I'm not crazy about betting a horse with Leparoux on his back in a huge grade 1 race but the odds will be right for a big score if he fires and wins.
Thanks goblin.
