Racing interest:
I love the horses, first and foremost. They're the reason for the sport.
First track attended:
Green Mountain in Pownal, Vermont
Location:
United States
About me/racing interests:
I've been a fan of horse racing since 1960. I write about horse racing--well, I live, eat, sleep and breathe it. Like most of the folks here on HRN. :)

How did I get into racing?
My Mother took me with her to Green Mountain, then to Saratoga, when I was four. I've been on the rail ever since.

Favorite racing moment?
In person: Rachel Alexandra's Woodward win. Tom Durkin screaming, "Rachel WON!!!! She is, indeed, Rachel Alexandra the Great!!!" Other (not in person): Secretariat's otherworldly Belmont.
