Every time I hear/read/see Ruffian's name, it brings me to tears. I cannot even think the name in my head without it conjuring up that final awful day of THE MATCH RACE OF THE CENTURY. There will NEVER be another Ruffian, (except in ZENYATTA'S CASE) She was one of a kind excellence, a big bad mama on four legs. She was built for speed, and flew as easily as the wind. RIP, RUFFIAN.
