Sullivan, I agree. I have always thought Motion would click with Margano. Of course, Mr. Tagg did, but it seems to me that the Delacours can not bring out the spark that Mr. Tagg could. Motion just might be able to though.
Pennmarydel is being described as a "backwards two year old", so we should not expect to see him racing for some time.
I know.
Margano should do well in his race on Wednesday.
Penn is at Fair Hill now. On alexbrownracing, there is a video of him.
Nehro is no longer with us. Rest in peace.
He finished sixth. I am not sure what happened. It looked like he just didn't want to run today.
Margano had another workout today. I believe it was 20 out of 53 going five furlongs.
After the race, Margano threw Luis and took off. He didn't get very far. Luis and Margano are both fine. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=553645711326113&set=o.285719758108237&type=1&theater
Margano finished 5th by about 6 lengths. I don't think it was the dirt, I think it was the distance. He hasn't had a one turn race for a very long time, so I think he expected his race to be longer. He looked like he was just getting settled when the backstretch came. He was gaining though, slowly, but surely.
