as far as i know he does not have a name yet. this was really unfortunate, but hopefully he will be back in the spring and possibly in California in November
the owners of Giant Oak are my grandparents actually. and he has a bad bone bruise on his back hip, so he will be in Kentucky until he has another bone scan to see how it is healing and then he will go down to Florida for awhile. best case scenario for IF he returns to racing, which is probable, would be like late spring possibly at oaklawn
