Just the first of many positives for MR Rudy, they are on him like a hawk. He is so sloe that when he took over Dutrows horses he kept the same fax telephone and all the other equipment from Dutrow, he never even bothered to change the billing. Just because he trains for people on NYRA's board isn't going to help him. This is a black eye for NYRA and is being watched closely in Albany. If I was Rudy I would not get to comfortable in Mr Dutrow's office.

Hope it is not true, but there is a rumor going around Aqueduct that Rudy has multiple positives. Have a call into the NYS Racing Commission to verify.
