gemini - that's a whole nother discussion. Didn't somebody do an article in DRF not too long ago on how there are very few 100+ Beyer horses anymore. I'm not saying this is a great horse yet, I just like the fact that he got a big number off a layoff in an allowance race and there's probably better things to come.

Exchange Wagering has been legalized in CA and NJ. Look for CA to start sometime this summer. With NJ racing ownership in turmoil, it might take much longer there. Icy - you're right, online laws are only becoming less restrictive and look for other states to take a run at this, too. Especially after CA goes live.
