I honetly think you are one of the most arrogant people here. Just because she did not win ONE race, does not mean she is dirt. The oaks did nothing to make me think this filly could not come back and completely dominate. There are COUTLESS stories of horses who loose one race, and then come back and win their next.

Seeing as Gallant fo is one of my all time favorites, I have to go Gallant fox/Omaha. Alydar/Alysheba are also one of my favorite father son stories.

Verazano ran fine at the beginning and then quit. IMLD hated the entire race. Yes the Derby was a throw out for IMLD - I don't think the same can be said for Verrazano , he just isn't a classic disatnce horse.
