although im a Zenyatta fan im sad to see that Rachel has been retired. I was hoping that she would race Zenyatta this year in the breeders cup classic.

Won 14 of 15 starts, died at age 4 of a rare skin disease. He is one of the most forgotton great race horses.

I think Rachel Alexandra's owners and trainer are afraid of Zenyatta. Im 14 years old and im a Zenyatta fan. I have been waiting for the 2 mares to race together but every time the 2 are supposed to meet Rachel Alexandra is scratched for no reason or backs out to race with easier horses. I think Rachel Alexandra is a good racehorse but Zenyatta has proved herself in bigger races, like winning the BC Classic.
