Bloody hell! This site is mad, yesterday Rachel was right up there in the top 50 where she belongs with Curlin and her rating has completely plummeted! 50 people must have rated her a 1, because that is Rediculous!
Ah, Ignorance is bliss with you Mr....Footlick is it? I clearly stated why [on Accident] I rated her a 1. Neither of these mares deserve a 1 for the accomplishments they've achieved, especially Zenyatta.
Besides, I'm not the first person to rate her a 1. [Even though mine was clearly an accident] Many people do it quite simply because she is too high in the ranking, shes ahead much more accomplished horses. The ranking is completely blown out of preportion because of the avid Zenyatta fans who rate horses above her down so she can be higher. So. Now that I've made my point, I wish good luck for Kthmanblu in the inaugural of the Rachel Alexandra.
@luvzenyatta - Aye, that was an accident. See my cat jumped up on my desk when I was rating her, I was going to rate her a nine but the click fell on 1. Coincidence? Definately. And I have to agree with dubby30, a person can rate whatever they like on this website. Crikey,its pretty much turned into a fan page! People rate their favorite horses high, naturally. Just like you do. BTW, I was just making a suggestion. The RA Stakes is a G3 and its brought a loaded field. The Zenyatta stakes is a G1, So I was just wondering what field it may bring.
To all the upset Zenyatta fans who've read this post, theres a reason its called WORLD rankings. Goldikova has been ll over Europe, and America its rediculous to beleive any other is better.
Unrivaled Belle is a lightly raced mare, always crisp and fresh for her races. But Switch has danced every dance so far. Even taking up the challenge of Zenyatta, and [Almost] pulling it off.
Maybe not, remember Street Sense broke the barrier of horses who won the Juvenile, and Kentucky Derby.
With all the 'Hooplah' still surrounding Zenyatta, I only findrejoice in scouring Stonestreet's facebook page for Rachel's photos in the snow. There was one of her next to Hot Dixie Chick, and you could see how much taller she is than an average sized horse. Shes not Zenyatta-sized, but doesn't need to be. Shes a beast, through and through.
Except for Barbaro, hes fine where he is.
If Kathmanblu wins this and the Kentucky Oaks, they will HAVE to make this a G2! The first running of the race in my gal Rachel's namesake... I wonder what field the Zenyatta stakes will bring?
