i like his chances he is my 2nd early pick. i told some friends he does this why i didn't use him in the derby. i also think he can get the distance. looking at him and golden soul.
oh and orb had no horse , bet against him being such heavy chalk and hope that he would go flat. now i bet more on lute, but just a little on oxbow.
oxbow wasn't a distance issue, to me just did he peak or not. finished the best of all the leaders in the derby. it's my lucky day i think has some limit but he did bounce back well. that's how i see it.
106, wow talk about a big improvement ! for a sec it looked like he was just running 96 at the most. boy was i wrong! i thought he peaked why only made the small back up bet. oh well that is racing, good luck to everyone on the belmont!
i bet a small win on orb for tc sakes, but most my money on mylute and small win show on oxbow who finished the best of the leaders in the derby. hell orb was flat no excuses.
i was looking for golden soul or overanalyze to be the belmont threat. i thought they said normandy was passing,
orb and it's true lucky doesn't want to go that far and i don't see orb having trouble from that post. he ran down violence from that post at a shorter distance.
only race he missed this year, you see that turf? he was just thinking off the safety of horse. he will run with dan another time. he didn't back down from ak. relax all.
oh and over analyze is on his winning track and real strong at 1 1/8th may not pud out like the rest.
