Not sure why you'd want to put a horse that has basically only ran allowance races (Zetterholm) to beat the elites of the group?And a horse like Cozzetti who's 1 for 7 (that only win being a Maiden Special Weight) in a trifecta BOX? Save yourself the money and make it a partial wheel and save yourself a lot of money on something that isn't going to happen
Kind of amazing how CC has dropped in the ratings for the KD horses of late. He ran 2nd in the fastest of the 1 1/8 preps and ran the 2nd fastest of the 1 1/16 preps (San Felipe). I think this horse is getting looked down upon, but I'll enjoy the better odds on Derby Day.
220.30 for the win... wow. Gotta say that almost all the races at FG today were upsets though... way to cap it off with THAT big of one.
Nice upset of Union Rags and El Padrino today... gotta like a horse who can wire that group as it takes some luck out of the equation. Serious contender for the KD??

At a 1-9 price it's silly to put money on Union Rags... however News Pending is going at a great price and his last race at 1m 1/8 showed he can carry speed through the end... outside shot
Came out hot in the San Felipe, the distance did catch up to him, fading out of even superfecta range.
Interesting route he took around that final turn but very nice finish... this horse definitely seems built for these mile plus distances.
CC almost blew it getting sketchy for a brief moment, then finally closed strong to the wire... great effort
