No change. Put her on the undefeated watch, she's 4 for 4 and who knows how good she is.
Much the best but there's an inquiry
O'Callaghan is a loser. Never liked him and the way he treats his horses. Kinda shady if you ask me.
Breaks her maiden today
Like this 1 in the 2nd @ Los Al. Also like longshot From Here to There. Should be storming down the lane.
GREAT name for a horse. Of course they are ALL better looking than we are.
He is up for a 40K tag in R6 at Fair Grounds today
Dubai Sky, the full brother to G1 winner Twirling Candy, wins in a dead heat victory with Hard to Port, another Bill Mott runner, now 2 for 3 lifetime

Texas Red literally worked about 5 minutes ago, working 1/2 in 51.40, first published workout since his victory in the BC Juvenile, saw the work, the times was a little slow, but it was nothing more than a gallop, Desormeaux just wants to get his legs going again, his first race is likely the San Vicente, but he's back on the track and looked real good this morning
Wicked Strong has arrived at Palm Meadows in Florida, looks like he will be back training at some point in the next week or so, either way, Wicked is officially back on the comeback trail, via Centennial Farms twitter
HRTV will be doing a profile on Ocean Knight tomorrow, on their show about two year olds, "The Horizon", hear his story about his beginnings from yearling to his blowout victory last week, we should also hear his future plans in this profile, very excited to hear his story and where he will race next
Buckpasser >> He’s in Gulfstream’s $75K Tropical Park Derby Saturday 10-1ML

Good news !
I was listening to an interview today with someone who has a HOTY vote,he shared with the interviewer who and why he would be voting for. He said his selection is California Chrome. He spoke of why Main Sequence in his mind is not a serious contender. He said that in all respects to The BC Turf Classic, The Joe HirschTurf Classic, The Sword Dancer and The United Nations. They are not The KY. Derby nor The Preakness . So in 1 fell swoop, this pin head has labeled The BC Classic irrelevant, as well as The Belmont Stakes-The Haskell- The Travers to name a few . He mentioned that running only 4 times ,hurt his chances. Then this pin head really made me laugh. He closed out the interview by stating that if Wise Dan had run and won the BC Mile,he would of been his selection as HOTY. In other years, the opinions of knucleheads like this guy would go in one ear and out the other to most. But if i am not mistaken ,this year they have Parimutual wagering on the award. Vegas has got to love it.

Sometimes what is good for 1 horse may not be accepted for another, just because how the horse or connections are perceived. You mentioned Zennyata and not getting the award, for right or wrong a criteria was then established by the voters. Why then was SB arguably a strong front runner for the Award if he would of won the Classic. He would of had 2 strikes against him based on criteria. #1- he never left the State and #2- he only raced 5 times. Yet criterias are not established by accomplishments, they are established by favoritism. Being that mainly the media vote this awatf,my belief is that they cop out. They always try to vote in the best story or go as far as feel good story. This makes their jobs easier in going after the grouping of fans that actually read or care about what they say. Everything aside this year. If you go by simple accomplishments on the Racetrack and blot out every other nonsense. The overwhelming winner should be Bayern. But unfortunately that can only happen in a world without criteria. So the eventual winner will be Chrome , only because he won TThe Derby/Preakness and that Bayern/Main Sequence attract no love or interest from Todays Media. · 5 hours ago
  • amino998 · You can get a bet down on the Eclipses, Oscars, elections, anything... but it's not parimutuel, who are "they"? So, with only 273? total votes, there's not a lot of data to track down and score a coup if you were in and amongst the "knuckleheads" :) · 5 hours ago
Kizuna will retire after a 2015 campaign which will include: 4 G1s, Tenno Sho Haru, Takarazuka, Arc, & Arima Kinen as finale
Somebody please give "Artie the Smarty" a 2015 Calender for X-Mas. I read that CC drilled a bullet work today at Los Ala, in preperation of the San Antonio. That race falls on Feb. 7th 2015. That is 50 days away, at an average of 1 work per 7 days or so. Does Artie really think that C.C is in need of 6 or 7 works to get him ready for that race. Maybe ease up on him a bit now ,just let him feel his oats. Get serious in his last 3 works. After all he is only 3 weeks removed from a race and one that included 2 workouts in 1 week. If Artie is putting the knuckles to CC in the mornings this early in the Season. I would say that CC just might be making his last start of his career around June or July.

  • Sullivan · Thought it was bizarre he was doing more than galloping at the moment. Horse might make it to the Breeder's Cup - After the San Antonio/Big Cap double, he should end up in the Oaklawn Handicap or Charlestown Classic which gives him at least a two month break between the Gold Cup @ SA or a little less for the Stephen Foster at the site of his greatest win. Then he gets another two months off depending on if they decide to go to the Arlington Million or Pacific Classic, and by that time it's Awesome Again>BCC or the more likely Joe Hirsch Invitational for $350,000 more · 16 hours ago
  • tmallios via Disqus · My point, why are they even working him right now. Funny ,just like the 2nd workout on the Turf. They try to downplay them. He is being exerted in the process. Are they going to keep doing this for 2 months now. You can't pull back mid stream. This horse should be razor sharp now. Look at SB and his prep for the Malibu. They didn't work him immediately after the BC. · 7 hours ago
Noosa Beach was a good one in the Pacific Northwest. ran against Winning Machine several times
Any hints on when his next race might be?
If any of yall are going to be at the Fair Grounds tomorrow, could you take lots of pictures of Silver? Please? :)
  • chitu77 · Sure! There is another 2 year-old colt, Promise Me Freedom running in race #10. Are they related at all?? :) · 17 hours ago
